    1 avocado (ripe but still firm) in diced
    1 vine ripe tomato, diced (1/2 seeds removed)
    3 green onions, chopped small
    fresh cilantro
    salt & pepper
    lime juice


Dear friend of mine suggests adding the avocado seed back to the bowl after mixing the guacamole. Helps in not to brown. Our guacamole rarely lasts long enough to brown (O:


gently combine all ingrediants. Let sit on the counter 30 min for best results.
