    Tuna, carrots, onion,vetable oil, corn tortilla, cheddar cheese


For a quicker melt use finely shredded cheese


Combine tuna onion and carrot cook in tbls of oil until browned. Set aside. In a skillet place tortilla 2tbls tuna and 1 tbls cheese top with 2nd tortilla and crisp on both sides serve with salsa

Serving Size: Makes 6- 6 inch quesadillas
