    2 whole tomatoes, diced
    1 juice of 1 lime
    1 jalapeno, diced
    .25 large onion, diced
    1 Haas avocado, diced
    1 dash black pepper
    2 dash salt


Dice tomatoes, jalapeno, onion, and avocado. Squeze in lime juice. Add salt and pepper to taste.
This can be served over chicken or fish.
