    3 cups quick-cooking oats
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 tsp cloves
    2 cups chopped dried cranberries
    1/2 cup almonds
    1.5 cups apple butter
    6 T Benefiber


1. Preheat oven 350 degrees.
2. Mix the oats, cinnamon and cloves in a large bowl. Stir in the dried cranberries and almonds.
3. Combine the apple butter and Benefiber and stir well.
4. Stir the apple butter mixture into the oats and fruit, and mix with a large spoon until all the ingredients are well blended and the oats are moistened with the apple butter.
5. Spread the mixture into an 8x13" non-stick pan and pat down.
6. Bake 20 mins, or until lightly browned.
7. Immediately cut into 2" squares but do not remove from the pan. Allow bars to cool, then recut again.
8. Remove bars from the pan and store in a closed container.

Yields: 24 2" bars
