    1 can crushed tomatoes
    1 can diced green chilies
    1 can vegetable broth
    green pepper
    red pepper
    cumin powder
    garlic powder
    2 tsp olive oil


in a large pot, heat oil and saute the peppers and onion. Add the remainder of the ingredients and heat to a boil. Simmer for 15 min on med-low heat. Cool 5 min before serving.
