Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups Whole wheat flour (fresh ground)
    3 tsp baking powder
    3/4 tsp salt
    3 Tbsp sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/4 cup skim milk
    3 Tbsp Apple Sauce

Tips

Best with fresh ground wheat flour if possible. The serving is one round Belgium Waffle, all four triangles. Pancakes would depend on how big you make them. We like to top them with yogurt and
berries.


Directions

Mix everything, cook on waffle iron serve with yogurt and berries.

Serving Size: makes 4, 6 1/2 in diameter belgian waffles
