Ingredients

    2 Carrots
    8 oz Broccoli
    4 oz cauliflower
    1 large Onion
    2 Tbsp Canola oil
    Salt and Pepper to taste


Directions

Cut carrot in quarters then half. Cut broccoli and cauliflower into florets then in half. Slice onion in half then in quarters. pour oil over vegetables to coat then season. Place in 300 degree oven for 1 hour turning once.
