    1.25 lbs extra lean ground turkey breast
    2 cups fresh spinach leaves
    1 small zucchini, sliced in half moons
    14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
    Spices of your choice


Brown turkey in a large skillet sprayed with cooking spray. Add zucchini about halfway through cooking. Add spinach after turkey is browned. Cook until wilted. Add tomatoes and cook until hot. Can top with mozzarella or parmesan cheese (optional-calories not included in calculation)
