    1 cup water
    pinch of salt
    1/3 cup steel cut oats
    1/4 cup canned pure pumpkin
    1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein
    2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
    dash of ground cinnamon.


Bring water to boil in a small pot, add oats and salt and cook for 12 minutes, or until oats are soft.

Combine all other ingedients in a bowl, and add to cooked oatmeal and cook for 3 minutes on low heat. Serves 1.
