    egg white, fresh, 8 large
    Egg, fresh, 4 large
    Johnsonville chorizo sausage, 5 links
    *Sargento Fancy 4 Cheese Mexican, .50 cup
    Onions, raw, .50 cup, chopped
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    *Muir Glen Organic Garlic Cilantro Salsa, 1 tbsp
    Amigo's flour tortilla (10 inch), 1 serving


Brown sausage and onions together in skillet, set aside. Beat whole eggs and egg whites together, pour into skillet and scramble. Fold in sausage/onion mixture. Fold in cheese. Scoop one cup measure onto warmed tortilla, spoon salsa over mixture, fold, roll and eat.
