    8 oz water
    2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    3/4 teaspoon flaxseed oil
    1 tablespoon sugar-free instant vanilla pudding powder
    1/4 teaspoon imitation butter flavoring
    1 packet Splenda
    6-8 ice cubes


Place all ingredients into blender. Pulse a couple of times, then blend until smooth. Enjoy!
