    Sweet peppers (bell), 4 larg
    Alfalfa sprouts, 2 cup
    Portabella Mushrooms, 3
    Onions, 1 large sliced
    *Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese, 8 tbsp
    100% Whole Grain Bread 8 slices for 4 sandwiches


cut up all the veg. other than the sprouts.
spray cookie sheet with pam olive oil.lay veg out in single layer,(you may have to do this twice)
roast 20-30 minutes until desired doneness.
place all the veg i container to cool.(i prefer overnight)
Spread 1 tbsp. on each side of bread,lay assort.veg on top.Top with sprouts.
