    Canned Tomatoes, 2 cup
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
    *Potato, raw, 1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.)
    Onions, raw, 1 large chopped
    9 chowder clams steamed, 12.8 oz (cooked) chopped
    Bacon, 1 medium slices, chopped
    Thyme, fresh, 3 tsp


Splash sherry on top of cup when serving for a different taste.


Steam clams open save any broth from pot
Saute bacon till brown add onion, celery and potato.saute 3min.
Add broth , thyme, and cook until potatoes are just tender
Add tomatoes and (break up if whole) cooked about 30
Add clams about 20 minutes to go
