Ingredients

    4 apples (various)
    2 tsp splenda
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1 cup water

Tips

I like my applesauce cinnamony, but you can adjust the amount.


Directions

Peel, core, and chop apples. Put in a pot with the water, splenda, and cinnamon. Cook on medium low until apples are soft; mash with a potato masher. Cook a bit longer on low until reduced a bit (2 cups). Leave lumpy or puree with immersion blender.
