Introduction

Ingredients

    1 tbsp all purpose flour
    1 tbsp brown sugar
    1 tbsp cocoa (+ a little for dusting)
    1/16 tsp baking powder
    few grains sale
    1 tbsp plain fat free yogourt
    1 tbsp strong cold coffee
    1 5 second spray Pam butter flavour
    1 square Lindt 80% cocoa chocolate

Tips

Make a second portion while the first brownie cools to share with a deserving spouse!


Directions

Spray a small ramekin thoroughly with the Pam and then dust lightly with unsweetened cocoa powder.

In a small bowl, mix the flour, sugar, t tbsp cocoa powder, baking powder and salt

Add the fat free yogout and the cold coffee: stir to combine.

Place the mixture in the prepared ramekin and microwave for 42 seconds on high.

While still hot, put one unwrapped square of Lindt 85% cocoa chocolate on top: microwave an additional 30 seconds on level two. Allow to cool for 10 minutes while chocolate melts to form glaze.

Turn out onto a plate: decorate with sliced strawberry as desired.

Very very chocolatey!!

    Very Good
    I used vanilla yogurt and didn't add the square of chocolate to the top - microwaved one minute. Came out very dark chocolate tasting. Next time I'll try it with slightly less cocoa powder. - 7/16/13
