Ingredients

    1 Orowheat double fiber English Muffin
    1/4 cup egg substitute
    1 thin slice american cheese - 1/2 oz
    1 thin slice deli Ham - 3/4 oz
    pepper to taste

Tips

Using one large egg instead of egg substitute will increase Calories (270 kcal), Fat (12 g) and cholesterol (208)


Directions

Spray a custard cup with a little non-stick spray. Pour egg substitute in custard cup, season with pepper to taste. Mix well then microwave on high for 20 seconds. Add ham to custard cup and microwave again for 20 seconds.

Meanwhile, toast english muffin and when done place on a paper towel (time this so that the muffin is done toasting about the same time as the egg.)

Place half of hot muffin on a paper towel, add cheese then egg & ham from custard cup, apply top half of muffin. Wrap & go! The cheese will melt in about a minute.
