    Hershey's special dark cocoa 2 Tbs.
    corn starch 2Tbs
    Olive oil 2 Tbs.
    Beef boullion 2 cups
    Soy sauce 2 Tbs.
    worcesteshire sauce 2 Tbs.
    Onions 1 cup chopped fine
    Jalapeno peppers 2 chopped fine
    Water 1 cup
    Salt and Pepper to taste


If i want a thinner sauce I add a little cold coffee.


Saute chopped onion,jalapeno tillvery soft. Addwater and simmer 5 min.Add soy and worcestershire sauce, continuing to simmer about 5 min. Combine cornstarch and cocoa , mix with half boullion and add to onion and jalapeno. Add remaining broth simmer till thickened. You can add extra water if sauce is too thick or use less water if you like a thicker sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste.
