Ingredients

    8 cups of Chopped kale
    20 cups of water
    12 medium potatos peeled
    3 medium onions
    6 oz Portuguese Chorico sliced (its smoked)
    4 TBSP olive oil
    salt to taste

Tips

This is a traditional Portuguese soup it is delicious and nutricious.


Directions

boil water, add potatos, onions and salt.

Once cooled puree potatoes and onions, lower heat, add kale. Cook for another 20 mins until kale changes colour to a darker green and add chorico and olive oil.
