    1 onion, 1 bell pepper, 1 can stewed tomatoes, 1 can tomatoe sauce, 12 oz fish, 2Tbsp olive oil, 1 TBSP bacon bits, 1 Poblano pepper - roasted


place olive oil in pan, add onion, and peppers, saute for until softened, add tomatoes and tomato paste and add fish cook fish thru about 4 min. Add bacon bits and simmer. Serve over rice.
