Ingredients

    1 turkey breast. as close to 1 Kg as you can get
    250G chopped or halved mushrooms

    1 small can tomato paste
    1 large can diced tomatos
    1 packet club house Italian chicken slow cooker spice mix

Tips

I shred the meat once it's done cooking, and use it as a 'sauce' over steamed cauliflower, rice, or pasta.


Directions

put mushrooms + turkey in crock pot.

Mix paste, tomatos + spice mix together, then pour over turkey.

Set slow cooker to low and cook for 8 hours.

Serving Size: makes a TONNE of this yummy 'sauce'
