Ingredients

    Mix together:
    1 C. Butter
    8 oz Cream Cheese
    2 C. Flour

    Roll out, cut and line muffin tins

    Mix together:
    1 lb Sausage, browned
    2 C. Cheese
    3 T. Onion, chopped
    2 C. Spinach, chopped
    1 1/2 C. Mushrooms, chopped
    4 C. Hashbrowns

    Add to above:
    5 Eggs, beaten
    2 C. Milk
    dash of Cayenne

    Pour above over sausage mixture, then scoop into muffin tins.

Tips

Freeze and take 1-2 out and microwave for approx. 2 min. in the morning for a good "to go" breakfast.


Directions

Cook at 375 for 30min
