    smoked sauage 6 links cut into bite size pieces
    onion 1 cup
    celery 1 cup
    tomato sauce 1 10oz can
    brown rice 1 cup ,uncooked
    mixed veg 1 cup frozen or one 10oz package
    olive oil 3 tablespoons
    water 2 or 3 cups
    old bay spice 1 teasspoon * if u want it hotter add more.


serve with toss salag and cheesey biscuits.


put olive oil in large skillet with lid,heat. cut sausage celery and onion and sauta in oil under onion and celery are tender, add the rest bring to a boil , cover and simmer until the rice has aborbed the water and is tender.
