    1 slice sour-dough bread; 1 1/2 - 2 tsp of water; 1/2 tsp olive oil; 1 clove garlic.


If made ahead, let cool. Cover in air-tight container and store at room temperature till next day


Tear 1 slice sourdough bread into pieces and whirl in a blender or food processor to make fine crumbs. In a wide frying pan or wok, combine crumbs, 1 1/2 - 2 tsp of water, 1/2 tsp olive oil, 1 clove garlic, minced or pressed. Stir-fry over medium heat until crumbs are crisp and golden (about 8 minutes); remove from pan and set aside.
