    3/8 Cup Red bell pepper diced
    3 TBSP of Orange bell pepper diced
    3 Fresh Brussel Sprouts cut up
    1 med carrot, chopped
    1 cup of Three-Color Cole Slaw Mix
    2.5 Ranch dressing


Steam veggies until carrots are slightly soft (if preferred, I like steamin for a couple minutes so nothing hurts my teethe) then mix in the ranch dressing, serve! Taste really good.

Serving Size: 2 1/2 cups for two adults and a baby
