Ingredients

    1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
    2 Tbs Sugar
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp Baking Soda
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1 Cup Buttermilk
    1 Egg
    2 Tbs Canola Oil

Directions

Combine and mix dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients and mix until smooth. Place 1/4 cup circles on hot griddle until cooked. Flip and cook until done.
