Number of Servings: 4


    Tofu, extra firm, 1 block
    Light honey dijon mustard, 2 tbsp
    Light Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
    Garlic Seasoned Rice Vinegar, 1 tbsp
    Onion powder, 1 tsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    Lemon and Pepper Seasoning Salt, 0.5 tsp
    Ginger, ground, .25 tsp
    Crushed Red Pepper, 0.25 tsp
    Cooking spray


The tofu works best if frozen before cooking this recipe. In a container, combine all ingredients except tofu and cooking spray. Over medium heat, spray a non-stick pan with cooking spray. Brown tofu to desired color, using a spatula to break up tofu in the process. Transfer tofu to marinade and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate for one hour, or serve immediately.
