1 20 oz package Jennie O Italian Seasoned Ground Turkey
12 oz Oven Ready Lasagna Noodles
2 jars Ragu Traditional Speghetti Sauce
15 oz Sorrento Part Skim Ricotta Cheese
16 Oz Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. In a large skillet, brown ground sausage. Drain if needed. Stir in Ragu. Bring to a boil. Simmer until thickened slightly, about 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Combine ricotta and mozzarella in a bowl.
to assemble: grease a 9x13 casserole pan. Pour 2 cups tomato mixture into bottom; spread to cover. Arrange noodles in sauce, overlapping as needed, to cover bottom completely. Spread half the ricotta over, making sure to cover the edges. Top with 1 1/2 cups sauce, 6 more noodles, remaining ricotta and remaining tomato sauce. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and bake uncovered for 10 minutes or until cheese melts. Let sit for 20 minutes before cutting.
