    1 cup rice
    3 cups frozen veggies ( carrots peas and yellow beans)
    5 tablespoons of soy sauce
    1 cup chickenbroth
    2 slice of next day turkey


Take 1 cup of rice and nuke it for 10 minutes in the microwave with 1 cup of water.

Meanwhile add in 1 package.. (3 cups) of frozen veggies to a pan along with 5 table spoons of soyasauce and 1 cup of chicken broth. ( tip** Dont make your broth really concentrated... add 1-2 a teaspoon of concentrate to the water) then cook your veggies in that at high temperature for 2 minutes.. meanwhile cut your left over turkey Discarding the skin and bones. Add the tukey to your stirfry and cook it until your veggies are unfrozen. Add in your rice directly in the pan and Voila! Easy 10 minute stir fry !
Add Soya sauce or hot sauce. if you want. hot sauce is a must!
