    2 - 8oz Chicken Breasts, no skin
    1/4 cup Greek Yogurt, Plan Non-fat Kirkland
    1/4 cup Sour Cream, reduced fat,
    2 tbsp Cheese Parmesan
    1 dash Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)
    1/4 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend


Preheat oven to 350 deg.

Combine Greek Yogurt, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, black pepper, & Mrs. Dash in a small bowl. Lay chicken breasts in greased cooking dish. Cover top of both chicken breasts with the seasoned cheesy topping, ensuring the top of each chicken breast is fully covered.

Place on middle shelf for 45 minutes or until chicken is completely cooked.
