    6 oz Barilla plus rotini pasta
    2 Foster Farms turkey Italian sausages
    1.5 c sliced, fresh mushrooms
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 can white beans, drained
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    4T Parmesan, grated
    Sprinkle of fresh or dried herbs (oregano, basil, thyme, parsley, etc)


You could easily add any other veggies you have on hand, zucchini, onions, broccoli, peppers, etc.


Boil pasta according to directions on box.
Squeeze sausage out of casings into frying pan and brown until crumbled.
Add sliced mushrooms and garlic, saute until cooked.
Add drained white beans and chopped tomatoes and heat through. Sprinkle Italian seasonings to taste.
Prior to serving, sprinkle four tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan on top.
