Ingredients

    1lb diced beef roast
    3tbs Worcestershire sauce
    2tbs garlic powder
    2tbs onion powder
    1/2 c flour
    2c water
    1bag frozen soup vegetables
    6 servings of quick cooking brown rice

Directions

place first 5 ingredients in mixing bowl and let stand in refrigerator for 1-3 hours. Then place in crock pot w/water and vegetables. Cook on low for 8 1/2 - 9 hours.
Before serving, cook rice as directed. Serve over rice.
