    12 oz Chunk Light Tuna in Water
    1 box whole wheat pasta
    1/2 cup shredded carrots
    1 cup diced celery
    1 cup diced red pepper
    1/2 cup diced onion
    1 can no salt added peas
    3/4 cup Miracle Whip Lite
    1/2 cup Hellman's Low Fat Mayonaise
    salt and pepper to taste


To keep the onions from overpowering the salad add the onions to the pasta for the last minute of cooking time.


Cook pasta to box directions. Shred carrot and dice all vegetables. Drain and cool pasta and drain tuna and peas. Mix all ingredients and salt and pepper to taste.
