    (1) Can Campbells Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup
    1/3 C Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil
    3 Tbsp Skim Milk
    Juice of (1) Lemon
    1/2 Tsp Curry Powder
    Dash of Nutmeg
    1/2 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
    2.25 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided (1 1/4C + 2 C)
    2.5 C cooked Chicken
    1.5 C Broccoli, in small pieces
    2 C cooked Quinoa


In a large bowl, stir together soup, mayo, milk, lemon, and spices until smooth. Stir in the cheese, chicken, broccoli and quinoa and spread into the prepared baking dish.

Sprinkle with remaining cup of cheese and bake for 35-45 minutes at 350, until the casserole is bubbling and golden brown.
