    Cook rice with 1/2 t. salt in a rice cooker.

    When finished pour rice into sauce pan and add milk. Cook over low heat stirring regularly for 1-2 hours. At the end add half and half and sugar. Serve warm.


Be sure to stir regularly or the bottom will burn.
