    1 banana
    1/4 c coconut oil
    1.5 cups oats
    1/4 cupcoconut
    1/3 cup craisins
    1/2 cup choc chips
    1/2 cup sugar free syrup
    1/2 c peanut butter


mash banana, stir in syrup peanut butter and coconut oil. Mix well - add remaining ingredients and press into 9 by 13 pan. freeze for 1 hour. cut into bars. wrap
