    1 Cup Purity Cornmeal
    2 cups fresh spinach
    1 sm onion
    1 tsp garlic
    2 tbsp butter


Melt butter. Add chopped onion & garlic. Cook until soft. Add Spinach; cook until soft. Add 3 cups of water. Bring to a boil. Add cornmeal. Stir until desired consistency.
