    2 bell peppers
    1/4 c onion
    1 can corn, drained
    1 can black eyed peas, drained
    1 T parsley

    2 t sugar
    4 T white vinegar
    1 T balsamic vinegar
    1 T water
    1 t garlic, chopped
    1/2 t cumin
    1/2 t chili powder
    1/2 t salt


mix all together. refrigerate overnight for best flavor.
