    * 1 Whole Pineapple peeled and cut into 1" wedges
    * 1/8 C Granulated Sugar
    * 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    * 1 tbsp Canola Oil


Peel and cut pineapple into 1" wedges. Lay in a single layer on a dish and sprinkle sugar over chunks. Turn pieces and sprinkle remaining sugar over opposite side. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Brush oil in bottom of large frying pan and heat. Lay pineapple slices in bottom of pan heating 3 - 4 minutes each side.

Serve. (Grilled Ham Steak works well with this!)
