    1 package Betty Crocker Low Fat Fudge Brownie mix
    2 egg whites
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. canola oil
    8 oz. (1/2 tub) White frosting
    10 oz. Make 'n Mold Vanilla Candy wafers
    1 tsp. shortening


Prepare the brownie mix according to package directions using 2 egg whites, 1/2 c. water and 1 Tbsp. canola oil. Bake in any of the recommended pan sizes. When brownies are done, let cool and then crumble into a large bowl. Stir in the frosting until well blended. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight. Use a melon baller or small scoop to form balls of the cake mixture (I used a 1/2 Tbsp. measuring spoon).
Melt candy wafers in a glass bowl in the microwave, or in a metal bowl over a pan of simmering water, stirring occasionally until smooth. Add shortening to thin down just a bit. Stir well.
Dip the balls in the white chocolate using a toothpick to hold them. Place on waxed paper to set. Reheat candy wafers as needed to keep it smooth and thin enough to dip with.
