    1 lb cubed beef round steak
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 can of mushrooms
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup diced onion
    1/2 cup water
    3 tsp worcestershire sauce
    4 oz low fat cream cheese
    8 oz egg noodles


1. Season beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

2. Heat skillet over med-high heat and brown meat.

3. In a crock pot combine cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms, onion, water, worcestershire sauce and mix well.

4. When meat is browned add to crockpot mixture and coat well.

5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

6. Cook noodles and drain.

7. Add beef mixture to noodles and add cream cheese. Combine well and serve.
