    1 15 oz. can black beans, undrained
    1 TBSP low-sodium soy sauce
    1 tsp. grated ginger root
    1/2 tsp. orange zest
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 tsp. sugar

    1 Cup Quinoa
    1.5 cups sliced steamed carrots
    1.5 cups steamed cut green beans


Mix 1st 7 ingredients to make Bean Sauce. Cook Quinoa according to package. Steam carrots and green beans. Mix all together.
