    1 1/2 cup flour
    1 cup oats
    1 tablespoon baking powder
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    dash salt [optional}
    2 eggs beaten slightly
    1 1/2 cup milk {2%)
    6 tbs butter.melted
    2 tbs brown sugar


in large bowl mix flour, oats ,cinnamon,salt and baking powder. In small bowl stir eggs,milk, butter and brown sugar till blended. Add to flour mis and combine well. cook on preheated and greased weaffle iron. {I use a spray on oil}Pour batter on grid and close lid.Watch closely as it does not take long. serve topped with fruit and yogurt.
