Ingredients

    3 Cups Sushi Rice
    3 1/4 Cups Water
    1/3 Cup Rice Vinegar
    3 Tbsp Substitute Sugar
    1 tsp Salt


Tips

1 cup uncooked rice makes 2 cups cooked rice.


Directions

1. Wash rice in cold water. Repeat washing until water runs clear.
2. Cook Rice in Rice Cooker
3. Meanwhile, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a sauce pan over low heat until sugar dissolves.
4. Set aside Rice Vinegar mixture to cool.
5. Spread the hot steamed rice into a large, non-metallic bowl.
6. Sprinkle the vinegar mixture over the rice and fold/cut in, being careful not to smash the rice.
7. Fan rice while folding to help cool quickly and give the rice a shiny look.

Serving Size: Makes 12 Rolls
