1-13.25 oz box of whole grain(or whole wheat) thin spaghetti noodles (or angel hair pasta)
    1/2 tbsp olive oil
3 oz of pine nuts, chopped to desired consistency (leave some whole too)
    6 cloves of garlic, chopped
2 lbs of fresh tomatoes, chopped
    1 tbsp dried basil
    1/2 tsp kosher salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper

May top with Parmesan cheese & spice it up with some red pepper flakes. Also tastes good if you add some italian turkey sausage too:)

Start by boiling water & cooking noodles according to instructions on box. Meanwhile chop pine nuts, garlic cloves & tomatoes. Heat olive oil in large skillet/pan over med-high heat. Add pine nuts for 2-3 minutes & then add garlic for an additional minute until lightly browned. Add basil tomatoes and cook down until tender (approx 10 minutes).
