Ingredients

    whole wheat tortilla shell, 1/2 cup crab supreme, 3 large shrimp chopped 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1/4 tsp granulated garlic, 2 tbsp reduced fat sour cream.

Tips

my kids like these alot during lent. They even eat them warmed up the next day.


Directions

grill tortilla shell in skillet spayed with pam. place on cookie sheet when just alittle crisp, add chopped shrimp and shreaded crab meat. sprinkle with garlic,top with mozzarella cheese broil on low until the cheese starts to bubble. cut in 1/4's top with sour cream on table.
