This is a great moist pumpkin bread This is a great moist pumpkin bread
Number of Servings: 16


    1 c. canned unsalted pumpkin
    1 1/4 c sugar
    1/2 c peach puree (no sugar or sweetener added to fruit)
    1/3 c water
    2 eggs
    1 3/4 c flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    3/4 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    1/4 tsp ground ginger


Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom only of loaf pan. In large bowl combine first 5 ingredients. Add remaining ingredients. Stir until combined. Pour batter into prepared pans. Bake for 60 - 75 minutes (until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean) Remove from oven; cool 5 minutes; remove from pan; cool completely

Serving Size: Makes 1 9x5 loaf (16 slices)
