    I envelope Knorr vegetable soup mix
    4 cups water
    3/4 cup diced zucchini
    1-1/2 cups california blend vegetables
    1 cup fresh baby spinach
    6 oz. cooked and cubed turkey breast
    4 tsp grated parmesan cheese for garnish


Combine ingredients (saving cheese for garnish) and simmer 10-15 minutes or until vegetables are tender
