    4 Chicken breasts ( no skin or bone)
    juice of one lemon
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp honey
    1 tsp of black pepper (or to taste)
    1 tsp of fresh or dried thyme (or to taste)


Whisk together lemon, soy sauce, honey, pepper and thyme. Add chicken breast and turn to coat. Bake in 375 degree oven until no longer pink.
