Ingredients

    2 haddock filets
    2 tabs of butter
    1c milk
    1/2 c. progresso bread crumbs.

Directions

"Always wash fish before cooking"

Spray cooking dish with Pam
Place fillets in dish
add salt & pepper
pour milk over fish
add bread crumbs and put the tabs of butter on top.
Can cover with aluminum foil or bake uncovered.
Cook for about 20 minutes and serve!
