Ingredients


    6 Cups Water
    1 Bouillon Cube
    1 t. cajun seasoning blend
    1 bay leaf
    1 t garlic powder
    1 Onion, chopped
    4 Celery Stalks, chopped
    4 Carrots, chopped
    Green Peppers, .5 cup, chopped

    Cook above ingredients until vegetables are tender.

    Stir in:

    1, 16 oz. Can Blue Runner Navy Beans
    Spinach, fresh, 2 cups, roughly chopped
    Juice of half a lemon

    Bring just up to heat, remove bay leaf and serve.
